Consider the story of my friend, the renowned writer and journalist Mustafa Rajeh, and his journey to learn English. He has long aspired to read books and resources in English without relying on translations.
At the end of 2018, he decided to confront this challenge by enrolling at Exceed. Despite balancing numerous commitments—work, writing articles, and family responsibilities—he persevered for two and a half years until he mastered the English language. Now, he can read books and references in English, fulfilling his dream.
Another inspiring story is that of Hussam Abdulwasae Al-Haj, whose father dreamed of sending him to the United States for further studies. After graduating from high school five years ago, Hussam recognized the need to pass the English language exam and an interview at the American embassy to achieve this dream.
Immediately after graduation, Hussam enrolled at Exceed and studied there for two years. After mastering English, he traveled with his father to Djibouti to apply for studies in the United States at the American embassy. After submitting all necessary documents, he underwent testing and an interview alongside twenty other students, of whom only four succeeded—Hussam was one of them. Today, in his third year in Texas, he studies engineering to fulfill both his and his father’s dreams.
